Target Client - City, County and Public Health organizations - get all paperwork in place for our records (Standard Client Agreement, Credit Application, etc. In some areas they are giving us their own contract to sign) - Go out to the Health Department and contact the HR director - start at the HR Department, possibly a Purchasing agent
Who we are Recruiting - RN's - LPN's (LVN) - Screeners - Clerical (a lot of paperwork goes along with this program)
Pricing - at least a 50% mark-up to cover costs and make a profit - you can be creative with the pricing. At a few facilities we are paying per injection ($10 per injection, our nurses get $5)
